Robot Chicken (i usually fall asleep while trying to watch this, it's funny, and requires little attention)
The Boondocks (not my favorite, but I think the best show on AS's programming...ive come to consider it like south park for black people....very well written and gives you pause to consider both sides of many of the issues it explores...also it's hilarious when Riley talks like one of the founding members of West Side Connection or any of the other heavily accented west coast rappers)

I don't have cable anymore, but I liked Boondocks, Futurama, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken. I was also getting into Venture Bros and a little bit into Metalocalypse. Everything else sucks (except for some of the anime). It just feels like most of their shows are really random and zany in the hopes that something sticks, but they fail 95% of the time (or in the case of Tom Goes To The Mayor, 100% of the time).

I never got it, is shin chan re-dubbed to be so awesome because I can't imagine someone able to come up with such great stuff that way.

AS has peaked already for the most part.......ATHF is good every now and then and the Boondocks is pretty funny. Robot Chicken is the only other show I'd consider watching. As for Squidbillies, I honestly have no idea what people see in that show that's so damned funny.

fuckit - i like pretty much all of them except the anime shit. some like perfect hair forever are hilarious when youre fucked up but kind of hard to watch otherwise

I just watched some of Bridesmaids and noticed that Tim Heidecker is Maya Rudolf's husband-to-be.

I really like SuperJail, cool animation and the extended death scenes are great on a large tv.

I found out some of my slightly younger friends in the neighborhood were not familiar with ATHF. I had to introduce them. Hand Banana is still one of the funniest episodes I've seen in my life and Carl is still my favorite animated character of all time.

(and Tim Heidecker's music albums are pretty incredible. I saw him last year do a comedy routine, then play with his band. Really good.)

It's kinda weird. Def a fresh take on all of the characters. Superman (specifically Clark's personality) is kinda like a hybrid of Reeve/Routh, but younger, and his character design feels a little inspired by Moebius' designs.

At first I didn't know what to make of Lois, but eventually it all just kinda locks in and you accept that this is just some sort of anime variant on the character, and it's fine for it to be different. Jimmy is still pretty much Jimmy, but with a social media twist on his more silver age personality.

It's not really adult like most of adult swim, but it's kind of like Superman: Year One, and he gets his ass handed to him physically and psychologically constantly.

I just binged all (but the most recent episode) of it this weekend, which I think really is the way to go.

Mr. Mxyzptlk's character design is pretty amazeballs. I will say that his episode makes the whole series make sense for why it's so different.
