Quote : | "The character of Private Hudson has been ingrained into modern pop culture as a braggart who panics under pressure. His panic attack after the marines barely make it out of the Xenomorphs' nest has been spoofed repeatedly. The original dialog of his panic attack is: “ That's it man, game over man, game over! What the fuck are we gonna do now? What are we gonna do? ”
Spoofs of this speech include:
* In Aladdin and the King of Thieves, after the end credits, the Genie appears in front of a black screen and goes, "Game over man, game over!" * In Timesplitters Future Perfect, an enemy soldier screams "Game over man, game over!!" as the research facility is overrun by mutants. * In the Family Guy episode "Da Boom", the phrase is also parodied, by the character Stewie in reaction to a Nuclear disaster. * In The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy episode "Which Came First" a scientist shouts "That's it man, game over man, game Over! what are we going to do now, What are we going to do?" * In the "Manos: The Hands of Fate" episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000, during a host segment, Crow breaks down, describing the current experiment as a "bug hunt," declaring, "game over, man, game over!" Joel comforts the robots, saying, "Stay frosty, guys; we made it through 'Monster-A-Go-Go,' we can handle this," echoing more dialogue from "Aliens." * In Jagged Alliance 2, Igor Dolvich also utters "game over man, game over" when faced with numerous enemies. * In the pilot episode of The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police, one of the refrigerator-repairmen who is swallowed by the refrigerator is aptly called Hudson, as he often has similar panic attacks. * The sequel to the movie Scary Godmother, a CG adaption of the book series of the same name, references Hudson briefly. The antagonist attempts to stop Halloween, marking costumes flammable and marking candy poisonous. When the main characters arrive to buy Halloween supplies, one of the group, a candy lover, is dumbstruck and "traumatized". He quickly falls to his knees and screams,"No candy, man, game over, GAME OVER! What`ll we do without candy?!"
Another line is referenced in the Babylon 5 episode "Babylon Squared," when Garibaldi, facing an onslaught of invisible aliens, shouts Hudson's line, "They're coming out of the god-damned walls," minus the profanity." |

Bill Paxton has been down hill since Aliens, although he is one of 2 actors to be killed by an alien, a predator, and a terminator.
