I have a 2005 jeep gand cherokee limited with the Pioneer NAV stereo unit. It is called the "REC" but I can't find anything on how to change the time on this unit. Any help would be great.

Looked yesteday and there is nothing in there telling one how to change the time. Guess I will have to go to the Jeep place and ask or something.

use the internet.

dont show up there, instead give them a call, if they cant give you instructions over the phone then give your jeep back to them.
