I can dig a man with a beard, but only as a friend. The presence of a beard usually removes a guy from my "dudes I'd like to date" list. They look cool, but I don't want to kiss that.

some can pull it off

i have a little faggish thing on my face
goatee or whatever you want to call it.
it's a trade-off. I either go clean shaven and look 14, or keep the goat and risk being ridiculed.

I'm mostly neutral on the subject, and it depends on the guy. zorthage looks better with a beard, but some of my friends (say, ZomBCraw) don't, but for most of them, I simply cannot imagine them with one.
And all of this is assuming they can actually grow a decent one
^^ You're better off rocking the babyface. That thing is pathetic

the best thing about having a beard is that you reserve the right to shave it off at a moments notice to impress a girl, and you have it in case you need to impress a girl. 3/24/2008 12:11:15 PM |

I got a ridiculous amount of action this past winter when I had a beard for about a month and a half.
I've tried to figure out if the beard had anything to do with it, or if it was just other circumstances. I remember when I was growing the beard thinking, "this will probably automatically rule me out with some girls" but really don't think it did. I got a lot of compliments and several girls who were like "what did you do to the beard? I really liked it!" after I shaved it off. I do remember having one older woman who I was trying to get with saying that it was a good idea to shave the beard off...but I think its because it might have ruined her "young man" fetish. 3/24/2008 12:13:10 PM |

Shave the neck beard. First, it can look like you still groom if you have the neck clean shaven...and you still have a full beard, so you keep that "i don't give a fuck i have a beard" - look, if that's what you're going for. Second, as much as the beard can itch, it itches worse on the neck. I keep the neck beard for like the first week or two of the beard...then when my beard is looking pretty full, I shave the neck beard and continue to shave it like every three or four days.3/24/2008 12:25:48 PM |

my neck beard flows directly into my chest beard though and my mullet is simply a bridge between the back of my head and my back
and now you're telling me to shave those things?

I never let mine go long; I always trim it, regardless of having a neck beard. This is me after not shaving the neck beard but trimming the length ...
I think what helps my case is that I have such light hair, so the beard doesn't stick out too much.
Hear is my beard trimmed while I'm starring into marko's eyes (he's dreamy, no homo) ...
And those are the first pictures of me to appear on T-dub in YEARS!
