If Sexson can be just a normal hitter instead of complete trash, and Beltre has a year similar to what he did last year, I think they should probably win this division.

I know he's young, but king felix isn't as good as he gets credit for
his WHIP has issues if he's going to be a strikeout pitcher

88 wins last season and the only major contributer they lost was Sherrill

they made some key additions in Wilkerson, Bedard, and Silva

And as BJCaudill21 said, Sexson needs to stop being a shit bag and beltre needs to have a similar year as last year (I can't wait until both of their contracts are done)

The only other threat in the west is the Angels. With Escobar and Lackey out for at least a month, the M's will have a chance to take an early division lead.

your offense is going to be subpar. you have 2 very good starting pitchers and a great closer. thats not gonna cut it in the AL

you are dumb

offense and bullpen is what carried the M's last year. Their starting pitching was subpar but the fact they could get clutch hits is what kept them in games.

last year they had the 3rd 2nd best team BA (tied with Detriot) and 10th most runs in the league (AL and NL combined)

I'd hardly call that subpar

I was looking forward to be able to watch the game tonight on the free preview of MLB Extra Innings. Aparently the Baltimore Orioles are in our market (even though we don't get MASN) and the game is blacked out.

I'm so fucking pissed. I only get to see a few games a yaer.
