FIRST OF ALL- the house is in VERY close proximity to NCSU and Meredith and we are pet friendly!

My sister and I are both NCSU students... we are looking for a 3rd roomate starting anytime after June 1 (ish).

We would prefer a girl, but neat, quiet boys are acceptable as well. We would also prefer a student, as our lifestyles and schedules would mesh up pretty well together.

The house is a two story, 3 br, 2.5 bath house. You would have your own bedroom, duh, and you would be sharing a bathroom with my sister.

BOTTOM LINE: $380 for EVERYTHING (water, electricity, cable, net). We have a washer/dryer, a BIG garage, a partly fenced in yard for your dog (no pet deposit!). The only furniture you would need to supply would be your bedroom stuff.
