I’m going to be living in Boone for the summer, so I will be subleasing my room in a house on Brent Rd. It will be available the weekend before summer classes start, until the day after the second session ends (5/17 – 8/13). It’s the first floor master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. Measures around 13x10, with a decent sized closet.

The only roommate is a 28 yr. old professional (my older brother), who will only be around later in the evening and on weekends. He’s really laid back and will drink a few beers with you if you’re into that.

Rent is $400/month plus half of the utilities (electric, water, TWC w/ DVR and wireless RoadRunner). The house also has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a deck w/ a grill. Since May and August are only partial months, we can work something out to cover those few weeks.

i've been in this house and i have to say it's a great deal, especially for anyone taking summer classes or just wanting to spend the summer in raleigh since it's furnished (desk, dresser, storage cubes, bed, etc.) so it's easy to move in and out that way. not to mention it's the master bedroom with a private bathroom and shower.
