i wonder where the picnic table was (ie, inside a fence in the backyard or what).. i think that makes a difference

also, i thought it was a law to film someone nude without their knowledge. secret peeping or something like that. even if the person is "visible"

for example, if i were to walk around naked in my house, and my neighbor caught me on film when i walked by the window - i would think that to be illegal.
