I just finished school with my masters and found a job and I am putting my room up for sublease. If someone rents out the room before May, you do not have to worry about rent until May. The rest of the lease runs out at the end of July. Its great if you're wanting a short lease or a place to stay for summer school.
The house is a duplex located at Kaplan Drive and Athens Drive with a backyard. Currently there is another female tenant(college student)
