avocado smoothie is pretty easy to make. All you need is condensed milk, regular milk, crushed ice and ripe avocado. Blend them all together and enjoy.

it's all depends on your personal preferences, add more condensed milk if you like it sweeter, or add more regular milk if you like it thin/watery.

I LOVE avocados, but something about having them in a sweet context frightens me.

I've always had avocado in a sweet context. That's how people eat them in Asia. Thinking of avocado in savory context frightens me.

It is really weird trying to eat foods you like in ways you aren't used to. I remember when I read Farewell to Manzanar in middle school the girl was talking about how in the camps they were served rice with sugared apricots or something and nobody would eat it because that just wasn't the way rice was "supposed" to be eaten to them. But I like some sweet-ish things in savory foods, like raisins in pilaf or things like that, so I'll just have to kick my food phobia and try it sometime.

this also has a good texture and for some reason i ONLY like the white parts of boiled eggs. the yellow part freaks me out. and isn't it all cholesterol anyway?

Pretty much

That's why I only take a bite or so of that [yummy] part. I think it's 76% of your daily cholesterol?
