The Lot 29 bull broke his penis on March 14 and was shipped on March 19.

why wouldnt a slaughter house take an animal with a penile hematoma?

that is not a systemic condition, and any affected tissue could effectively be trimmed

the only reason an animal wouldnt be taken by a slaughterhouse would be residue avoidance issues

common treatment for this is anti inflammatories and antibiotics, so as long as withdrawal times are followed there is no problem in taking that animal

and if you're eating steak chances are you're eating something that didn't have a working penis anyway...but that's not because it was broken

^there is a chance of infection and so forth...there are many reasons...

animals with any temperature aren't supposed to be accepted either and they can get a fever just from travel...
