Okay, so I can't get anything to load from the website. I filled out the federal form already (the D400 or whatever it's called), but I can't download the nc state return form because the website is acting stupid. I was wondering if someone had downloaded it already or could figure out a way to and email it to me.

And don't get on my case about waiting until the last minute, because I do this every year because it only takes about 15 minutes. Thanks!
