In a nut shell, the man taken to the hospital in Vegas ricin poison scare turns out to be the guy who was making it. He planned on using it in some type of revenge plot but ended up poisoning himself making the crap and almost died. Now he faces federal bio weapons charges, a huge fine and prison time....and he almost died. What a moron
