This is a very nice condo in a quiet building that is perfect for those looking for a quiet place to live. I'm graduating and in the process of buying a house and moving to start Vet School, and would like to be able to remove "rent the condo" from my to-do list. I will be available around mid-May, possibly sooner if needed. I'll be around all day Saturday and Sunday if anyone would like to look at it. THIS WEEKEND ONLY!! I'm willing to drop the rent to $800 per month and if you catch me after I've started celebrating, might be feeling even more generous. Pics are in my gallery...link to original post below. Pets are allowed as long as they are housebroken, utilities are very reasonable, and time warner cable and water are included in the rent. Lease term for 1 year, which is negotiable as long as the lease would end sometime between May and August.
