given the choice between the two, i'd do the plane thing over the crane, that's for sure.

if i've got 3 or more experienced jumpers out there to protect me it doesnt matter if i have a chute or not

^I agree, it takes a lot more balls to jump out of a plane with no parachutte even if you have jumpers with you than it would to do pullups from a crane, even without a parachutte.

The guy that hooked Pastrana in freefall up works at the tunnel in Fayetteville/Raeford with me. It's not that scary, and the crane to me seems way scary and I've done many skydive and been on many of cranes. They repeated the stunt for Jackass a few weeks ago and the guy that did the hookup did chuteless part. They use a rock climbing harness under the swim trunks. Pretty nutty still.

It's Travis Pastrana he was the first to land a double backflip on a motor cycle and Red Bull gives him millions of dollars a year. I'm pretty sure for millions of dollars you'd take it everywhere with you too.

You can wear pants over the leg straps to conceal them. Also it doesn't look parachute used for BASE jumping or any parachute for that matter.
