inspection stations have to prominently display a sign out front that says OFFICIAL NC INSPECTION STATION. so for starters I would look for that.

yup...there is a place back home that does it for like 18.95 and they take the hit just to get in customers but they prolly done stopped that and they were kinda shitty anyways...its 30 dollar bucks katie did
