My 6600GT burned out and I need a graphics card for video processing. I don't play games on my PC. Whats the best bang for the buck?

you can probably find an x700 pro for less than $50 used.

other than i'd say the HD3450 for $25 AR

I have a Sapphire branded Radeon X1650 pro - 256 mb sitting in its box from my old setup, you can have it cheap if you can pick it up near campus. $40 OBO
