I have the episode about the deep as my dreamscene. Some of the creatures scare my gf but the jellies are beautiful. 4/22/2008 9:15:33 AM |

This is a shop. I can tell from some of the pixels and by having seen quite a few shops in my time.
(oh yeah i forgot the BR version of blue planet is the imax one, not quite the same, i would imagine though that planet earth would cover a good chunk of blue planet (done by the same crew/group)) 4/22/2008 9:37:18 AM |

This is a 12 episode cool documentary about floating plastic in the ocean. I think only six are up now.

David Attenborough is pro narrator. he and some of the overly rediculous/lucky happened to be at the right place at the right time shots that they got made this documentary. 4/22/2008 3:51:22 PM |

i bought the planet earth 5-disc set on HD-DVD a month or so ago for $20 (i got the xbox hd-dvd addon for $20 for my HTPC, so hd-dvd going belly-up isn't really a concern for me)
to date, the gf and i have watched 3 of the 5 discs on her parents' 60" LG plasma with 7.1 surround
it is AMAZING 4/22/2008 3:55:36 PM |
