what are those things called where the picture changes or moves (a few frames) by tilting it?

they're usually kids stuff, like in a cracker jack box

or the one of a woman's eye that blinks when you tilt it back and forth

what's the name for those?

Oh yeah, I remember those. Had one where the horse turned into a unicorn. I loved tilting it back and forth. One of those useless gifts our grandparents used to spoil us with. You can do the same thing in photography apparently, forgot how but there's a tutorial out there somewhere.
