I know I know, as my small business developes I will need to invest in more professional equipment and the stuff I used from high school and college will no longer cut it.
But dammit, it's a fucking HP printer. It's supposed to be awesome forever and ever amen! What the fuck is this shit? The rollers aren't even submitting the paper correctly so my business cards and CD labels aren't lined up correctly with the break lines, I mean, how hard is this? I tried stacking paper up underneath the sheet that I'm printing on, as well as giving it a loving nudge just before it feeds, and nothing's working.

HP sucks balls. i have a PSC 2200 "ALL-IN-ONE" at home. it broke and gives ink cartridge errors, which have been replaced several times. it's a big paper weight.
HP sucks balls in my office too. we have a HP plotter that's like $3K . . . had to call a technician to fix it. the company charged $175/hr. 2 hour minimum. think the guy billed 4 hours total.
another HP sucks balls instant. (2) smaller printers. one's a L7600 and the other is "can't remember". neither work. the L7600 needed ink. bought the ink. still didn't work. bought a printhead and now getting an error how the printers failing alignment. after powering on/off it aligns, but you still can't print. the tech is coming out again for another $175/hr for both of the 2 smaller printers. 5/1/2008 9:15:10 PM |
