Same way girls get rid of boobs. Lose weight, or have a reduction. 5/5/2008 1:13:49 PM |

haha, i was intrigued so i did a search, found this quote of fail
Quote : | " hatemyself says: I developed man boobs in the second grade, had surgery at 13, gain weight, and now have man boobs that due to my excision surgery look ridiculously perfect and perky. I would like to give them to a flat chested woman. I'm trying to loose weight, and then have another surgery. What sucks is that I will always have these T shaped scars on my chest.... Life is so uphill." |

^That's why no one should have reconstructive surgery before they're 18. Did he really think that at the age of 13 he wouldn't gain any weight what so ever?
Stupid him, stupid parents, stupid doctor. 5/5/2008 1:19:55 PM |

I want to get rid of some of mine without a reduction. How to do that? I exercise and they NEVER go away. Butterfly presses don't even do it. 5/5/2008 1:21:21 PM |

Yeah...but big heavy boobs take a toll on my back. They are pretty big for my body size. 5/5/2008 1:26:38 PM |

Some people can't lose them with just working out. When I was in high school I was down to a size 6 and in top physical condition but still had 38 G's. 5/5/2008 1:28:04 PM |

Stop eating much at all. All models have to get implants just to look normal since they are stick thin. Boobs and butt are the first fat deposits to go after normal flab. My girl is on the mark where if she loses or gains weight, it is straight from the butt, boobs and hip area. If she gained more itd probably start going to other areas, or if she lost more shed be getting closer to dangerously thin.
So, pretty much just lose massive amounts of body fat. Like all of it. Then put it back on slowly until you get to the point of bewbage you want. No money-back guarantees.

You can't target a certain area to lose weight. Sit-ups won't help your stomach, butterfly presses won't help your breasts, and jogging won't help your legs any more than any other part. You just have to lose weight and let your body get the fat from wherever it is genetically programmed to get it.
Your breasts are usually about the last thing to go. Unless you already have a tight tummy, legs, and arms don't expect them to go anywhere.
Most girls that complain about how they need a breast reduction could lose just as much weight in their stomach for $free as they want to take out of their breasts for $5k. I know the placement of that weight is not as much of an issue, but it is an issue nonetheless.
Not saying it isn't something to consider, but a lot of people need to get their weight in control first or else they'll put it right back on in the years after the surgery. I just think breast reduction should accompany overall fitness if the person is overweight.

What do I do if I am not overweight? I feel like I am genetically unable to lose there. I have been in peek shape and still have my breast. I don't just do butterfly presses either. Pilates, running, ultimate, elliptical machine, all abs class, lifting weights...does not matter. I have done all those things and still have them. I know at the moment there is not much I can do bc I am breast feeding and they are way bigger than normal but I would really like to know what to do after I am finished with breast feeding. I told the hubs that I am getting a reduction if I cannot lose them with exercise and healthy eating. 5/5/2008 2:02:21 PM |

You can actually do lots of light weight chest exercises at high repititions.
Boxing is good for tightening the chest.
and of course like someone mentioned, just losing weight in general will help
the chest exersices will have the quickest effect though 5/5/2008 2:02:49 PM |

^^^ Maybe surgery is your only option...Sounds like you are doing your part on the exercise front. Do you know your current BMI?

BMI at the moment is 23.9. I am getting back into exercising again after having a baby so that will hopefully be better. I tend to gain a lot of muscle when I exercise even when I do light weights at a lot of reps. I found that I cannot get an accurate assessment of my fat percentage by the pinch test either bc my fat and muscles are fused pretty tight and I was told that was not good. 5/5/2008 2:37:25 PM |
