ok, so get mine for 50, of for 30 off + a few hundred dollars for an exta console. after shipping and what not it will be more than $50. I know its a good price. Not changing my mind. either some one wants it for $50 or they don't. Not interested in anything else.

we are helping him make money. if hes that bad off for the money he will take the 35 offered. if he doesnt like the game he will take it to game stop and trade it for another game and have about the same outcome.
so you have to ask your self. never selling it for 50, or selling it for 35 and buyig another used game of the internets

He can take it to Wal-Mart, decalre it unplayable and get a fresh copy, then take that fresh copy right across the street to Gamestop and get a refund. Boom, hes done, and will use the same amount of gas it would take to bring it to you or meet you somewhere.

if you return a game... and says it has a problem... ive done this at both best buy and target.. they let you get a new one but the break the seal.. or at least take of the plastic.. so you cant do that.. i understand walmart employees may not be as intelligent.. but thats just what has happened to me

luckily i wanted the game.. and it really was unplayable
