so many choices, chickens always the standby favorite

love a nice thick ribeye or filet also

and really love pork

but my fav of all time is seafood in this order for the most part

yellowfin tuna, sea scallops, yellow tail snapper, oysters, shrimp, swordfish, sheepshead, grouper, black sea bass, triggerfish, wahoo, spanish mackerel, speckled trout, salmon, mahi, blue crab, other crabs, lobster, crawfish, flounder... etc etc

I also cook a lot of venison and wild game, but seafood is still tops for me
