hi this is dnl tww political analyis
Quote : | "Alamance Obama 11,655 57% Clinton 8,338 40% No Preference 375 2%
republican primary McCain 5,697 74% Huckabee 976 13% Paul 631 8% No Preference 260 3%" |
alamance county has a total population of like 142.5k in 2006
http://www.epodunk.com/cgi-bin/politicalInfo.php?locIndex=19054
Quote : | "According to unofficial vote totals for 2004, Bush received 32,914 votes and Kerry received 20,334 votes" |
so in my hometown, the dems already matched their 2004 total election votes in a primary....20k
rofl the repubs got only like 7k(although mccain is presumptive so that might have kept a lot out)
in my estimation if they are already matching their 2004 total for votes they are gonna end getting a LOT more votes for the national election
anyways post some numbers from your home town and post analysis of things you find interesting...i figure this will be fun cause peopel are from all over the place and know how their community feels on things etc...5/7/2008 2:14:31 AM |

It's a referendum vote on mixed drinks and ABC stores, not the primary results.
My hometown just ended prohibition.
