so i have some pictures on my computer, i don't know that much about computer and the images are all huge, like 2 mb each, and is there a way to convert the images into something smaller and more manageable since i m making a power point out of them and emailing off the ppt afterwards...

Install
Right-click
Resize

Profit!

(can do multiple files at once in explorer)

Make your powerpoint with a photo on each slide.

Right click on the photo and choose the Format Picture option.

Click the "Picture" tab.

Click the "Compress" button and choose "Apply to all pictures in document"

Change the resolution to "Web/Screen"

Click ok

Profit.

I use PolyView, it's a freeware, but super easy for batch conversions
