if it was anything like the transformers movie, the cars would just look like blurry masses of jumbled geometric garbage rolling around the screen

I'd settle for DVD releases of the original cartoon. Man that show is hard to find on youtube, etc.

they actually are making a new mask movie. dunno if jim carrey is in it or not, but it will probably suck like all other mask movies.
