I've plead guilty to a lesser charge (i.e. going 9 over as opposed to going 20+ over). I think that's about all you can do unless you want to try and get arrested for bribery. Hiring a lawyer is usually a good idea too, if it's a pretty substantial fine. They can usually get it dropped off your record, which is why you pay them so much. 5/8/2008 8:25:29 AM |
