This seems to be the way people think when blacks are labeled as African Americans and a African who gets citizenship is also an African American and Obama who is half white half African is suddenly completely a black man.

This is the same backwards train of thought that was used in thinking anyone with dark skin was all basically the same...inferior

anyone not 100% white, in a white society, racially weighs (yes i made that term up) more non-white than white. my half-asian friend belongs to the asian groupie. we treat him like a regular asian, and do asian things like talk about starcraft, eat rice, and be racist towards white people.

It all depends on the skin tone.

People consider Tiger Woods black when he's only 1/4 African.

Most people I know consider Jason Kidd and Vin Diesel white and they are only 1/2 European.
