No idea who you're looking for, I don't remember anyone close to those names.

http://www.sportsstats.com/bball/individual.stats/ACC_player_index.html doesn't have anything, either.

I'm gonna guess either Lakista McCuller, or it's Juwan Howard from Michigan in 92, or it's Juwanna Mann from 2002. But you should probably make another thread just in case it was somewhere outside of 96-98.
