I came across this article in the N&O today. I thought it was pretty cool. Babe Ruth and the Boston Braves played against N.C. State back in 1935, in Fayetteville. There was a huge crowd and the game ended up being called because they ran out of baseballs. I've never heard of that happening before. I thought some of you might enjoy it.
