fiance just got back from BJ's in Brier Creek

said a white van pulled up next to him while he was loading his car


Said they had a sound system that they install in rich people's houses. Showed him a piece of paper with some model number on it and called it an "invoice"

Said it was an overstock from the supplier. Fiance said he only had $10 on him and they said they only had 10 minutes but could wait for him to go to the bank


I bet I'm getting a sound system for my birthday next month

Yeah, I was accosted while going 52mph down blue ridge rd one day in traffic. Van pulls up next to me and it's the same shtick. "HEY MAN MY BROTHER JUST GOT A BUNCH OF THESE SPEAKERS THAT HE'S TRYIN' TO SELL! THEY'RE REAL NICE! You wa...." And it was at this point that I just kind of left my foot on the accelerator until they quit trying to follow me and I got far enough ahead that they got stuck at a light.

I'm not a big fan of these doods, or their shitty DaVinci speaker systems.

haha, i can't believe these guys are still around. i remember they were doing it while i was still in high school. like 10 years ago.

a friend of mind pulled a gun on some of them one time. it has just gotten dark, and he was around back of the crown gas station on hillsborough checking his tires. they flew up and opened the door and two guys jumped out, he didn't know what was about to go down. he went to his hip and told them to gtfo.

The only ones I have seen have framed art (shitty prints). They sometimes have stuff that looks like they stole it from the lobby of a bank or something. They used to frequent the car dealerships on Capital.
