My mustang 94 car with a 97 3.8L has the engine and the transmission put in. However I'm not getting voltage from the harness that plugs into the spark plugs pack(this powers the plugs)(this is a plug that has 3 negatives and one positve). I can get power throughout the car. the engine turns, the battery is fully charged.

I'm just at a loss.
