i can't even remember what all i did. went to a wedding saturday night in conover and spent the night in dunn sunday night. hung out by the pool monday. hung out in durham some sunday afternoon too.

But i'm gonna say that i feel like superman today and if i drank all weekend long i'd feel like doooooo today.

it's possible to drink and not feel like poo.

i drank all day yesterday and feel fantastic! the trick is to drink early and sober up before sleeping (and drink lots of water too)

drinking and lifting and running always equals dehydration... always.... i mean you can drink water till you puke and you'll still feel like crap the next day

fair enough. there was no lifting or running in my plans.

i concur that mixing drinking with the aforementioned activitites is quite a bit less than ideal.

yes, there is much slowness. good dynamics, but a little unlike thrice.

i was going to ask you to rank them from best to worst in your opinion. i was curious. fire is probably the best one anyway imo.

i can't remember what i did friday. i was sober, i know that. i think i went to a bar or two, but i'm not sure.

saturday i got the ol' oil changed, packed up some stuff and went to a wedding in conover, outside hickory. i was too cheap to get a hotel out there so we just drove back home afterwards. got back around midnight.

sunday ate harris teeter breakfast buffet (yum!), hung out in durham for a while, went by ruckus and got put to work, then went to dunn for a cookout with the fam. ate tons of food and went to sleep.

monday drank by the pool, shot some photos in coats, drove home and ate some pizza. fun times.

I need water time.. i have not been to the pool or the lake or the ocean in so long its sad... this is why i need a jet ski or a boat.

yeah, i know the feeling. i went to the beach last weekend and the pool this past weekend. made me realize how much i miss living at the beach. i forsee more trips to the coast and/or pool in the future. i need to get my surf/bodyboard on too. it's been a while since i've done that.

yeah see i've never seen a storm wave break out far enough to ride though... most of the huge ones i've seen break almost right onto the sand...

i'm not saying east coast surfers are lame... i'm just sayin i've never seen anything that made me lust after a surf board over here.

I've been to 3 Caribbean islands all quite similar a lot of Europe and I'll be going to japan in the near future and thats all i've really wanted to see.

Mee too... When i was a stupid kid (like 30 seconds ago)
we used to play wave tackling... it was awesome... basically just let the wave knock the hell out of you if you did it right you could tumble for quite a while... it was fun.
