now we find out the seller's agent told the renters in our home that the closing had been delayed, so they stopped moving out even though they were supposed to be out by 5 that day (day before our original closing date). our agent was PISSED. now the bank has failed to get our package to our attorney by 5 today (was supposed to be there by 3 pm).

our 3 days of fixing the house up before we move in may be condensed to half a day
