I ate some kraft "hot" style bbq sauce and i think i might've been allergic to it or something

how long does this reaction last on stuff like that :-/

like, i was having a little bit of breathing troulbe (similar to my pollen-related reactions) and i still can't breathe normally, but its not scaring me at the moment

and my face and neck are breaking out...etc

i took 2 benadryl and snorted some flonase i had left about 20 min ago

Most of my friends who had digestive allergies and didn't eat much of whatever they ate tended to get swelling of the cheeks and tongue for a day or two. If you consumed a lot and just got a bad stomach ache, you're gonna have the shits for a while.

If it doesn't get any worse than that, or it feels like the worst is over then just keep what you're doing. If its still getting worse go to the hospital, last thing you need is for your neck to swell up so you can't breathe.

i always heard if you rub one out it sends endorphins that ease allergic reactions

that sort of thing has started happening to me more often lately, and so far I haven't found a real cause as to why

benadryl ftw, I've started keeping some in my purse

i read online that epinephrine/adrenaline is a good treatment during reactions

i don't usually have allergies, but when i eat plain avocado or banana my mouth/throat tingles.

a mango tore me up for WEEKS... my face was like a pizza and it burned when i went #2. then the day the mango stuff cleared up, i got poison ivy all over my body. :/
