Some officers in plain clothes approached me at Walnut Creek one time asking where they could get some weed. They even had that weird cop haircut that is skint on the side of their head and flat on top. I legitimately had no idea where he could get some weed and they wouldn't leave me alone. They just kept following me around and bugging me.
