I think this one kid is on steroids. no way a 12 year old should have a moustache like that.

You've not been around too many Indian kids then. About 50% have a moustache when they enter highschool.

because it's fucking hysterical and the kids are all awesome and it does what all great documentaries do...it takes you somewhere you weren't expecting to go

spellbound is about the national spelling bee, but it's really about self-confidence and education and opportunity in america

Spellbound is pretty sweet

i did not love the kids in it though

and that kid that won the spelling bee last year was annoying as shit

anyone see the bee a couple years ago when "S" fell off of the Scripps National Spelling Bee sign in the back? It was funny as hell haha the cripps national spelling bee.
