It doesn't sound bad, that I agree. Except that it's paid out over a period of 36 months at around 1300 dollars per month, with no direct payment of college costs. So you still have to work a bit to supplement that and take out school loans as well, it just provides money for bills (unless you've got some other full time income)

that part isn't on the commercials, I know
