A third person, Shebreeka Matthews, 24, was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries. Sughrue said authorities suspect alcohol impairment played a part in the crash. He did not release the hometowns of those involved. Southbound lanes of Capital Boulevard were closed for a couple hours after the wreck."
