Shit has gotten crazy. Back in highschool it used to be a bunch of people playing music in the streets and getting drunk. Now it's packed every weekend. They opened quite a few new galleries and everything is open later. There's bands playing in a few different places and they have a dog bar! So there's a bunch of people with thier dogs. Who's been recently?

punchmonk and i were going to go last week but we thought the taste of charlotte event might interfere. we prolly should have gone anyways. that's neat people bring their dogs. maybe we'll bring our dog some time

yeah twice a month, but it's still packed down there every weekend and some week nights. It was even packed this past weekend during the taste of Charlotte. I think they have a gallery crawl bus that goes between uptown and noda.

I don't know if the Dog Bar is open right now. I drive by it nearly every day and they were having some work (perhaps renovation/expansion) done to it recently. It used to be this old grimy pub that guys with ZZ Top beards went to.

i liked to go when it was colder because fewer people went... we would sit outside smelly cat and people watch. that was fun... waiting for a table at moon dog for 2 hours, not fun.
