yeah, me too. haven't seen E01 yet, but here's my general criticism of S3 that I hope is fixed

the lack of an intro is really starting to get on my nerves as well. this season is turning into a large disappointment and i hope that they find a way to return to the making the characters easy to relate to, and a plot line that requires less suspension of reality.

not enough is being accomplished in each episode it seems like to me - they are trying too hard to keep anticipation up for the next episode i think

how much time was wasted on killing the grandma - was that really time well spent? maybe something will come of it later i guess

yeah but even doug is on the run now? thats a bit much, as far as I am concerned. i got my girlfriend to start watching it with me this season because i raved so much about it, but now i'm a little embarrassed each time we watch it since i know its really not that good, and she can tell that its not, alas.

i think they're just trying to rapidly warp up the story lines and end this season with full closure. the past few seasons they didn't know if they were getting picked up again so they made the storylines into these dramatic tangents.

Last nights episode was surprisingly good. they found their stride once again. I guess having your previous location destroyed and having to variate from the norm can bear a strain on writing quality for a while. regardless of which, they appear to be back on track, IMO

yeah the shane ordeal was a shocker there. he's always had issues, clearly, but none like that, i don't expect. however, i think such a depiction is a clear sign of the crafty darkness returning to the script.

Last episode was fucking great! For the long-time Weeds enthusiasts, what a treat to see Lupita, Marvin, Sanjay, etc. coming back to join the crew! I wonder if Heylia and Conrad are slated to make an appearance? I still refuse to believe that they don't have at least a few cameos in store.
