Haven't they changed domains a few times or something? My parents had Comcast, then it changed to something else, then Adelphia, and now it's Comcast again.

TWC did the same shit to me. My modem & cable box even worked at me new place. The 'nice' lady on the phone told me that I was technically stealing cable even though I had already called to change my address before turning them on.

i moved in march, got charged for not returning my cable boxes, then got a deposit back for supplying the equipment, for a net $20 loss on my part, for moving the shit myself.

said he would be there from 2pm to 5pm

of course I had to call at 5:15pm because he wasnt there

took him 1.25 hours to change my billing and service address

of course my internet was cut off at 2:30 pm so i couldnt do any work at home
