If anyone is looking to buy one of the three things listed send me an IM or email me at ztbrides@ncsu.edu.
I'm trying to get rid of them cheap. I'll post pictures of all three soon. I need to get rid of them in the next week to two weeks, so contact me quickly if you're interested.
The Dresser I'll let go for $20 or best offer. It's in decent condition.(pretty much the exact condition I bought it in) I bought it for $50 and have had it a while.
The TV I'll let go for $100 or best offer. It's a 32" JVC tube TV.
The Aquarium I'll sell for $30 or best offer. It has two heating pads that come with it. 6/22/2008 9:40:18 PM |

I just finished uploading pictures to my gallery. For quick searching I'm putting links to the pictures below.
Dresser pictures: photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497905 photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497902 photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497903&filter= (holes in this side are from the previous owner who mounted a phone receiver there.) photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497904&filter= photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497907&filter= (Needs dusting. lol ) photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497908&filter= (All of the drawers are in this condition)
TV Pictures: photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497909&filter= photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497910&filter= photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497911&filter=
Aquarium Pictures: Note: The tape on the inside of the top is holding straws down. I had to rig this up to keep the snake I had from crawling into the lip at the top. So that's not because of damage or anything. It's in perfect condition.
photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497912&filter= (No the dog doesn't come with the aquarium) photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497913&filter= (Cords are from two attached heating pads that are attached to the bottom of the aquarium. I can remove them if necessary. It came like this, and I didn't bother when I got it, cause I used them.) photo_photo.aspx?user=8166&photo=497914&filter= (Curious dog again. :p )
So if anyone is interested, just drop me an IM or an email. Email is in the OP along with price information, etc.

is the aquarium only for reptiles, or is it sealed for fish? 6/24/2008 3:54:07 PM |

I'm pretty sure it's just a generic aquarium. The heating pads on the bottom can be removed, and the screen top could easily be replaced with what you need for fish. I'll go fill it with water in a little while and let you know if it's sealed. Should be fun.

On further inspection of the aquarium, I have noticed a crack in the bottom on one side. The insides of the edges and bottom are covered with sealant, but with this crack in the bottom, I wouldn't trust it to hold water. Especially not 50 gallons of water. So to answer your question, it seems that no, this won't do for fish, since sometime in the past few years during one of my moves I caused a crack in the bottom that has spread a good bit. It' s nothing like shattering or anything like that, just two hair cracks that stretch out.

that's cool. and yeah, any type of crack wouldn't hold up to the pressure of 50 gallons of water. I am looking to start up a second reef tank so I was just hoping to find a cheep tank 6/26/2008 1:45:15 PM |
