Sorry for not completing the task euphalo.


But i was doing inclined press at the gym and with 185 lbs over my head this chick walks by with hard nipples.... No biggie happens all the time at the gym... But these ones look like they're doing some disco fever shit.... one is point up and to the right and the other is pointing down and to the left... i seriously about dropped all that weight on my head... it was so frigging disgusting.

Haha, that is much more than I can do. I can't isolate any significant amount of weight with my upper body because I have torn ligaments in my elbow...

I can do really low weight dumbbells and that is how I work out my chest and arms...

my legs are huge though... always have been from cycling, soccer etc.

I can walk into peak and do sets with the entire stack on almost any machine except the women muscle ones.....

maybe you should lift a manageable weight

dont be that douchbag that needs to be bailed out everytime he tries to do a new lift because he thinks hes supposed to lift the weightroom

maybe laying down, but not inclined.

thats probably like a 230 max incline and 250 or so regular bench max i'd guess

if hes doing 4 sets of 10 185 his max is probably much higher than 230

unless he doesnt max, which i dont i dont believe in maxing out

theres no way he's doing 4 set of 10.. 185 incline. I can believe laying down, but not inclined. I could see zombie doing something like that, but not this guy.

he doesn't max... i rolled my shoulder out @ 315 in h.s.

and thats max on flat bench and it was cause i had to for a grade in weight lifting

yea i think maxing is bullshit for reasons it takes your focus off the natural movement

and its not really gonna make you any better

yeah slower and steady with lower weight works stabilizing muscles better.
so thats what i do wed fri and sun upper body tues and thurs lower.


I did

incline : 185
decline: 225
flat: started with 190 felt too fatigued moved to 175

tricepts fatigued so i did elliptical for a while then
millitary press: 165

then did all the inverse pull motions yadda yadda yadda but all anyone knows are the presses so there are the numbers.

its by 10 all those are..

my shoulders are stronger than my boobies proportionally
hence the incline is high too.
