^^^ looked like the bottom of the screen hit something sharp.. had a huge hole in the bottom then it spread out throughout the rest of the glass.

yea called CC today, she was very nice and very helpful. They didnt have anymore in stock in the area so they are going to order a new one and deliver to my house plus pick up the busted one. If i can find batteries for my camera I will post pics of the busted tv.

What had happened was:

I layed it down on the floor, gently.
opened the box and pulled it out.
I saw the lines but I thought.. That's just the lines in the protective film.. right??
tried to pull the protective film off at the corners.. then I noticed the big crack at the top of the TV.

That's when shit got real.
