Cat urine contains ammonia.
Anhydrous ammonia is one of the major ingredients in making meth.
The firefighters really had no way of knowing unless they spoke to the tenant first.

The only person who should be embarrassed here is the tenant who obviously has enough cat piss for people to be able to smell it outside the apartment. Fucking cat people.
