The "indecent liberties with a a minor" people live all over the place, the straight up rapists are few and far between. Apparently indecent liberties with a minor is by far the most popular sex offense.

you mean rapists who were caught & charged? something like 60% of rapes aren't reported/no one gets charged. I'd say there's a lot more out there than what that website says.
