for learning to ride a motorcycle? I can borrow the parents neighbor's kid's dirt bike, but what is the normal course?

ride the hell out of it and crash it till it breaks, then buy another one and back off it a little. then you are licensed to ride.

take a written test at DMV to obtain motorcycle learners permit..only restriction is no passengers. learn to ride motorcycle by either taking safety course at community college or other place or just learn on your own if you have other means (but I highly suggest the course because it's cheap)

from there, take skills test at DMV, get full motorcycle endorsement on license

drive around ladies..
