I have tortillas. I need to turn them into tortilla chips. Is this possible? If so, how? I do not have a deep fryer, but I do have an oven and other stuff like that. 7/6/2008 8:07:49 AM |

NO, it would bend the space time continuum which would result in a cascade resonance and the end of Earth itself. 7/6/2008 8:10:12 AM |

for the same price of what you need to do it with, you could have just gone out to food lion and bought a bag of tortilla chips for like $2.50. 7/6/2008 8:20:23 AM |

My bro makes homemade tortilla chips...pretty good. I think he just cuts them into fourths, dips them in a lime/sea salt combo, then adds them into a frying pan. 7/6/2008 8:39:06 AM |

Type "homemade tortila chips" into Google. Maybe you could find a good recipe there. 7/6/2008 8:40:17 AM |

^^ Yeah, that's what I was figuring but wasn't sure if there was something special you had to do before dumping them in oil. 7/6/2008 8:46:45 AM |

yep, that's how we used to make them at Rockola Cafe
cut them into 4ths you can throw some lime juice on them salt them (before or after frying. it depends on your preference) fry them for not too long 7/6/2008 8:53:24 AM |
