Try Montana mountain streams. The water is about 40 there. AND I STOOD IN IT!

pfft, I used to soak my feet in ice water for 20 minutes after long runs. I want to hear about some total immersion or nothing!

Not even the dogs would get all the way in. I thought my feet were going to fall off when I got out. I'd hate the feeling of my whole body falling off.
